Here's some information about Albin:

He enjoys competing in cooking and reached the quarterfinals in Årets Kock (Chef of the Year) in 2018.

Albin gained fame with the entire Swedish population through his participation and second place in Kockarnas Kamp (Chefs' Battle) in 2022.

Albin has also worked at several well-known restaurants in Stockholm

and has experience as an apprentice at the three-starred restaurants Per Se in New York,

Manresa in California, and Amass in Copenhagen.
