Our breakfast is available for booking from November 28th to January 5th for external guests who are not staying at the hotel. All guests who book rooms directly through our website will have this fantastic Christmas breakfast included in their stay.
We serve a long spread of treats, including Rosa’s homemade meatballs, Magda’s glazed ham, and a lot more!
We also offer options for guests with allergies, such as lactose- and gluten-free waffles. Please inform the hotel of any allergies/preferences when booking so that we can take the best possible care of you.

Winter kayaking
During winter, visibility in the water is at its peak, allowing you to see the seabed several meters down when the sun shines. Floating ice, snowfall, and the occasional curious seal observing us paddlers make this adventure truly magical.
From October 1st to April 30th, all our winter tours include a dry suit as the water temperature can drop below 10°C. This ensures you stay dry even in the unlikely event of capsizing, making it easier to warm up again. The dry suit also provides protection against rain, snow, and wind.
In winter, we stay close to the shore, paddling from north to south and visiting the Stångehuvud Nature Reserve. Depending on the group's experience and weather conditions, we may also venture out into the archipelago.
Prepare for a refreshing tour among the coastal cliffs and islets, where you’ll get to experience the West Coast at its finest.
This activity is suitable for anyone in normal physical condition, and no prior kayaking experience is required. It's an adventure that can be enjoyed by the whole family, both young and old. Minimum age: 10 years.

Ostronsafari
Ostron och musseläventyr med doft av tång och nylagade musslor!
Ostron och musselturen startar i Norra Hamnen i Lysekil. Där färdas ni med Signe, deras gaffelriggade träyacht byggd 1956, ut till musselodlingen där ni visas hur det går till att odla och skörda musslor. Musslorna plockas med för gemensam tillagning och avsmakning senare på en vacker klipphäll.
Därefter tar Signe er vidare till en av få ostronbankar i Bohuslän. Ni plockar upp ostron och lär er mer om havets delikatess på en mycket speciell och unik plats i Bohuslän. Precis under er där växer de exklusiva och berömda ostronen Ostrea Edulis som kallas ”det Svenska ostronet”. Ni pratar om allt i ostronens tecken samt erbjuds provsmakning.
Ni gör ett strandhugg på Käringeholmen där musslorna tillagas och ostronen öppnas och avnjuts vid strandkanten. Efter en oförglömlig upplevelse i en fantastisk miljö tar ni er tillbaka till Norra Hamnen i Lysekil, till det avslappnande dunket från Signe.

Here we bathe all year round, and Lysekil has its very own cold bathhouse, built over 100 years ago solely for this purpose.
Lysekil’s Cold Bathhouse, sometimes affectionately called “nakenbadet” (the nude bath) by locals, has a long and fascinating history. As early as 1847, the first bathing facility was established here, and by the late 19th century Lysekil had become one of Sweden’s most renowned spa resorts thanks to the physician Carl Curman. He strongly believed in the healing power of saltwater baths, fresh sea air, and even half a glass of seawater a day (preferably mixed with whiskey!). The current cold bathhouse was built in 1916 and is today one of the country’s oldest bathing facilities. Here, you can experience what was once the height of fashion among society’s elite: an invigorating cold plunge in the sea followed by a warming sauna. And despite its playful nickname “nakenbadet”, many visitors choose to bathe wearing swimwear, just as it suits them best.
If you’d like to enjoy the sauna afterwards, please note that it is open to both ladies and gentlemen. Make sure to check the opening hours to plan your sauna session accordingly.

In der momentanen Situation werden wegen der aktuellen Restriktionennur maximal 50 Restaurantplätze pro Veranstaltung freigegeben. Wenn wieder normale Umstände herrschen, werden allerdings maximal 80 Personen zugelassen, damit es ein exklusiver Abend bleibt, wo man den Musikern nahe kommt und Dîner und Musik ohne Gedränge genießen kann.
Unsere Gäste sind uns natürlich sehr wichtig und wir folgen den Richtlinien der Gesundheitsbehörde was unseren Betrieb anbelangt.
Falls eine Veranstaltung wegen verschärfter Maßnahmen nicht durchgeführt werden kann, werden wir sie terminlich auf ein anderes Datum verschieben, damit die gebuchten Gäste dieses einmalige Event und VIP-Konzert nicht versäumen.
Finstilt:
Begränsat antal platser. I Riddarsalen kan maximalt 80 personer få plats tillsammans med en scen, vilket innebär att det aldrig kommer att bli fler gäster än detta antal på ett Supé & Soaré evenemang. Med anledning av de restriktioner som gäller för stunden har vi dock begränsat antalet till max 50 personer.
Skulle restriktionerna ändra sig kan det finnas möjlighet att lägga till gäster i sitt sällskap i efterhand.

Anna Bergendahl is a talanted singer, who has been both on Idol Sweden and the Eurovision song contest. Latest she released a new singel "Bottom of this bottle" with Tyler Rich.

Louise Hoffsten är en av Sveriges mest älskade artister och har precis släppt en ny singel "I Know A Place Called Memphis". Den 17 & 18 december besökte Louise Grand Hotel Lysekil för att uppträda för en liten skala gäster, tillsammans med Richard Krantz.
Det blev en unik upplevelse för våra gäster, som fick en helt fantastisk kväll tillsammans med sin favoritartist. En kväll med glada skratt, improvisation och en gästsångare från publiken fick gå upp på scen och sjunga duett tillsammans med Louise. En oförglömlig upplevelse för alla gäster. Supé & Soaré är exklusiva VIP-tillställningar med mycket få gäster. En middagskonsert, där ni får uppleva er favoritartist på nära håll. Här njuter ni en delikat måltid i goda vänners lag och får en upplevelse för alla sinnen! Husets sommelier kombinerar alltid ett vinpaket som ligger i perfekt balans till kvällens meny.
Förvänta er en speciell afton, där smaker och musik ligger i fokus, vilket gör detta till en upplevelse ni kommer att minnas länge…
Vi värnar givetvis om våra gäster och följer Folkhälsomyndighetens riktlinjer gällande vår verksamhet. I dagsläget släpper vi max 50-60 platser per evenemang, då vi vill att alla gäster ska få en unik upplevelse med sin favoritartist utan att trängas. Här möter ni artisten direkt vid middagsbordet i en nära-konsert som är unik i sitt slag.
Kvällen startar med förmingel, för att sedan fortsätta med en delikat trerättersmeny i anrika Riddarsalen på Grand Hotel Lysekil.
För bokning av showpaket med övernattning, kan ni antingen gå in i bokningskalendern direkt och välja det datum er artist spelar och boka direkt, där ser ni även de olika priserna beroende på vilken rumstyp ni väljer. priset skiljer något från rum till rum då Grand Hotel Lysekil är ett vintagehotell och alla rum är olika. Vilket rum blir er favorit?

Önskar ni endast supébiljett och ej övernattning, skriv detta i meddelande när ni bokar. Det släpps endast ett begränsat antal biljetter utan övernattning per konserttillfälle.
I Riddarsalen har hotellet tidigare haft gästartister som Björn Rosenström, Caroline af Ugglas & Robert Wells. Följ Grand Hotel Lysekil på sociala medier, så missar du ej när din favoritartist besöker hotellet.
Grand Hotel Lysekil ligger mitt i Lysekils centrum, drygt en timmas bilväg från Göteborg.
